ASGER JORN

Asger Jorn (1914-1973) was a Danish painter, sculptor, ceramist, and a writer, recognized as one of the most innovative and influential figures in 20th-century European art.

Known for his very dynamic and experimental approach to visual expression, Jorn was deeply involved in the avant-garde movement COBRA and played  a key role in shaping postwar modernism.
