“FJ 53”. 

A rare pair of solid teak easy chairs. Sides, seat and back re-upholstered with wool from Kvadrat.  

Designed in 1953. This set of armchairs in teak, are from the 1960s and one of the chairs is stamped by the Danish cabinetmaker Niels Vodder, Copenhagen.  

The Fj53 model was presented for the first time at The Copenhagen Cabinetmakers’ Guild Exhibition at The Designmuseum, Denmark, 1953.
